Carrier Service
Please inspect thoroughly all items as soon as you receive them and before signing for them, to ensure that they have not been damaged in transit. If you see any signs of damage, please make a written note of this with the carrier when you sign for the parcel and notify us immediately by email (within 1 day so that a claim may be made against the carrier company).
Returns
Although Draper's Organic is confident you will be delighted with your purchases from us, we acknowledge that there may be an occasion where an item needs to be exchanged or returned. Please note that, once used, items cannot be returned, unless faulty, so please check all purchases on receipt to ensure they suit your requirement before using. If you should wish to return/exchange an item, we would ask you to follow the following procedure/s within 14 days of receipt:
Please advise by email, in the first instance, before returning any item, so we know to expect your return and can give return address instructions, if the parcel weighs 2+kgs (it may be cheaper to split into two parcels if you ordered items weighing 2+kgs, so they can still be sent via normal post). Please obtain a Proof of Postage Certificate from your Post Office when sending any returns or exchanges back to us. We recommend that you use their insured Sign For delivery service, as we cannot be held responsible for any items lost or damaged on return to us. Please check that the service used, if not using Royal Mail, will deliver to a PO Box, before sending to avoid the parcel being returned to you or being lost.
For International Orders - If being sent back from outside of the UK you must ensure the words RETURNED GOODS are written on the Customs declaration for Drapers Organic to receive your return. Method of return and any associated customs declaration is the customer's responsibility. Please contact us in the first instance, for confirmation of return address and details.
Cooling Off Period
If you wish to return any item, please send it to us in its original, saleable condition (unused, unwashed, with its original labels and packaging intact and reuseable) within 14 days of receipt, for a refund (less the shipping costs). Please ensure your contact details are included with any returns, which should be securely packaged to protect them in transit and should be received by us within 14 days of the delivery date to you. Please email us in the first instance so that we know to expect the return and can confirm receipt. Please note that we cannot be responsible for postage costs. If we do not receive the item back from you we may arrange for collection of the item from your delivery address at your cost. If you have any questions please do not hesitate to contact us.
Please note that fabric cannot be returned, as this is cut to customer specification. If unsure, please order a swatch/es or sample to check suitability, before placing your order.

Exchanges
Draper's Organic will be happy to exchange any item if it is returned in its original, saleable condition (unused, unwashed, with its original labels and packaging intact) within 14 days from your receipt date. Please contact us in the first instance to advise your exchange details and to receive return instructions, as necessary. Please ensure your contact details and exchange requirements are also included with the item/s, which should be securely packaged to protect them in transit. Please note that we cannot exchange used or customer damaged goods (customers statutory rights are not affected). Please note that we cannot be responsible for postage costs. Faulty or Incorrect Items
Draper's Organic do carry out quality control, however, in the unlikely event that an item is faulty or has been sent incorrectly, please return it within 14 days from your receipt date. Reasonable return and original delivery postage costs will be reimbursed in full, once the order details and item have been agreed. Please contact us by email or in writing in the first instance to advise us of the problem. If an exchange of a faulty or incorrect item is requested, Draper's Organic will cover the reasonable replacement postage costs once the item and claim have been agreed.
